James Mulligan, Vice Chair - Partner, Snell & Wilmer
James Mulligan's law-practice focus includes single and mixed-use developments, public/private partnerships, government relations, affordable housing, and sustainable community governance. He has been appointed Special Deputy Attorney General representing the Colorado Division of Housing in finance transactions. In April 2011, he was named one of Law Week Colorado’s Ten Lawyers of the Decade.
Mulligan graduated from the University of Denver College of Law and the University of Massachusetts at Amherst. He has served on the boards of numerous nonprofit organizations including the Denver Metro Chamber of Commerce, Metro Denver Economic Development Corp, Aurora Economic Development Council, and Boys and Girls Clubs of Metro Denver, Inc.
