Robin Sadler - Vice President, Human Resources, Kaiser Permanente-CO Region
Robin Sadler was promoted to vice president of human resources for Kaiser Permanente Colorado in February 2007. Previously, she served as the health plan’s compensation and benefits manager and as compensation consultant. As vice president, Sadler creates and supports initiatives and programs throughout the region. She is committed to ensuring that staff are engaged and focused on Kaiser Permanente being the health care employer-of-choice in Colorado.
Sadler served on the board of directors for the Adams Community Mental Health Center and is a past president of the Colorado Healthcare Association for Human Resource Management (CHAHRM). She earned a bachelor's degree in psychology at the University of Missouri – Columbia and holds a certificate as a senior professional in human resources from the Human Resource Certification Institute.
