Tom Romer - Shareholder, Brownstein Hyatt Farber Schreck
Thomas Romer is a shareholder in Brownstein Hyatt Farber Schreck’s corporate and securities group. With a predominantly corporate transactional practice, he focuses on mergers and acquisitions, securities, finance, and business formation. He was previously a partner at Baker Hostetler.
Romer is a member of the National Western Stock Show Association and serves on the development committee for the Denver Art Museum Board of Trustees. He graduated from the University of Colorado School of Law and Tufts University.
