Fall 2013 Learning Communities

Historical Options

Below are the Learning Community options offered for the Fall 2013 semester that may satisfy the historical general studies requirements.  However, please check your degree program or consult an academic advisor regarding the general studies requirements for your major..  Students who have earned 0-29 credit hours and possess ACT/SAT/Accuplacer test scores for college-level Reading, English, and/or Math may register for FYS Learning Communities.  Learning Communities read from left to right and if you see two courses side by side, this means that you must be registered for both courses.  Remember to ask an academic advisor if you are unsure where a course will work within your specific degree plan or if you have any questions about what courses you should take.  To sign up for a learning community you may fill out the online learning community request form or you may fill out the printable learning community request form and submit it to either First Year Success in SSB 217 or the Academic Advising Center in SSB 170.
