The President's Society
The President's Society honors major contributors to Metro State, and annual membership is achieved through a gift of $1,000 or more. The Society recognizes individuals, corporations and foundation donors, and can be attained with a combination of personal, corporate, foundation and matching gifts.
As a member of The President's Society, you receive a biannual newsletter from the president of Metro State to keep you informed of important College programs and initiatives, as well as special invitations to College-related events throughout the year. You are also recognized for your generosity in the annual Honor Roll of Donors published each year in Metro Magazine.
Levels of membership within The President's Society are as follows:
- President's Society Bronze Circle $1,000 - $4,999
- President's Society Silver Circle $5,000 - $24,999
- President's Society Gold Circle $25,000 and above
- President's Society Platinum Circle (which recognizes individuals or corporations who have achieved lifetime giving) $500,000 and above.
The Legacy Society
The Legacy Society is an honor club for those who have made gifts to Metro State through bequests, life income gifts, insurance policies and other estate planning vehicles.
Alumni and friends who create legacies to Metro State in their estate and financial plans fulfill their philanthropic goals by helping the College to complete special projects, increase its endowment and provide for the ongoing needs of students and faculty. Membership in the Legacy Society is one way that Metro State expresses its appreciation to these important supporters.
