Mobile phones
Faculty and Staff: Instructions for making changes to mobile phones are available here.
Students: Assistance will be available in the computer labs and at the Help Desk.
Rowdy server
Starting July 15, ETC will work with content owners to make these changes. Departments have until June 30, 2013, to complete all changes.
Virtual Private Network (VPN) connections
Please contact the HelpDesk for assistance reconfiguring a VPN connection.
Third-party software and customized systems
Departments and programs that are operating or coordinating a technology-related system or service either on-campus or hosted by an off-campus vendor should contact the Help Desk for detailed timelines and assistance during this transition.
