The Office of Academic and Student Affairs, under the leadership of the provost and vice president for Academic and Student Affairs, is responsible for monitoring, developing and evaluating academic programs, as well as related policies and procedures. It is also responsible for promotion, tenure and review processes and other faculty-related procedures. Reporting to the provost are the deputy provost, the associate vice president for academic centers and programs, the associate vice president for curriculum and academic effectiveness, the associate vice president for enrollment services, the chief information officer and the deans of the three schools: Business; Letters, Arts and Sciences; and Professional Studies. Additional units under Academic and Student Affairs include the Academic Advising Center, the Center for Faculty Development, the Center for Individualized Learning, the Center for Innovation, the , Extended Campus Programs, the Honors Program, International Studies and the Applied Learning Center.
