The Office of Career Services helps students with all aspects of career planning and job search. Whether a student needs assistance in choosing a major, researching careers or launching a job search, our office is here to teach you about career planning, connect you to job opportunities and help you develop high-quality job search tools.
Career Counseling

Walk-In Hours
Stop by our office during walk-in hours for quick advice or answers to career-related questions. Hours are as follows:

Career Library
Access a variety of print and electronic resources to assist with career exploration and job search.
Career Tests
Explore your personality and interests with the Myers Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI) and the Strong Interest Inventory (SII). There is a nominal fee to take the tests, and you will be asked to attend a workshop to get your results. A free career test is also available through the Career Services website. Call our front desk to learn more about free career testing.
Employment Workshops
Attend workshops to assist with job search, including Job Search Strategies, Resume Writing, Advanced Resume Writing, Interviewing Skills and Graduate School.
On-Campus Recruiting
Register at www.msudenver.edu/career for on-campus interviews, career fairs, employer information sessions, job postings and more. Select “JobLink” from the online menu.
