Veterans Certifying Officials assist Veterans students and/or their dependents in obtaining their education benefits granted by the GI Bill. Education benefits vary for each individual depending on different forms of entitlement. If you are a Veteran or the dependent of a Veteran, you may be eligible for tutorial assistance, VA Work-Study, advance payment, etc. Veterans Certifying Officials also act as a liaison between the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) and Veteran/dependant students. If you have any questions or problems with regard to eligibility, payment, tutoring, etc., please come to SSB 160 to speak with a representative.
