Part of maintaining your health, especially as a student, is knowing when to seek professional help and to make connections with those departments who promote wellness and provide assistance to students on our campus. These include the MSU Denver Counseling Center and the UCD Student and Community Counseling Center. These departments offer offer individual counseling to discuss your personal, educational and relationship concerns.
The MSU Denver Access Center and the UC Denver Disability Services offices provide assistance to qualified students with disabilities and arrange for reasonable accommodations in order to afford the students an equal opportunity to participate in the institution's programs, activities and services. These professionals respect and promote student autonomy.
Campus Recreation at Auraria provides comprehensive fitness, leisure and recreation services to students, faculty and staff. Drop In Fitness, Intramurals, Club Sports, Outdoor Adventure and the Physically Challenged program are designed to improve your fitness and health.
The Gay Lesbian Bisexual Transgender Student Services at Auraria office is a tri-institutional office on the Auraria Campus serving the students, faculty and staff of Metropolitan State College of Denver, Community College of Denver and UC Denver. This program is available to all Auraria students as a resource for exploring issues of sexual orientation and gender identity.
