Coverage Dates 2012 - 2013
Fall Coverage:
The Fall semester premium for the University-offered health insurance plan provides 5 months of insurance coverage from the first day of Fall semester to midnight of the day classes begin for Spring semester.
Spring/Summer Coverage:
The Spring semester premium is a combined Spring/Summer premium and provides 7 months of insurance coverage from the first day of Spring Semester to midnight of the day classes begin for the following Fall Semester.
Students who fail to submit an insurance waiver form by the compliance deadlines
will automatically be enrolled in the University's insurance plan.
