Immunizations - Required
Proof of measles, mumps and rubella vaccinations and the required forms must be on file by no later than posted compliance deadlines or administrative holds will be placed on all student accounts that are not in compliance. Students are encouraged to submit their immunization documentation immediately to ensure adequate processing time.
