Payment Options
All charges are significantly less than those in the community.
Patients who participate in Blue Cross/Blue Shield Insurance Plans or are enrolled in the MSU Denver, UCD or CCD Student Health Insurance Plans will have their covered charges submitted directly to the insurance companies. Patients are required to pay at the time of service for any plan exclusions / exceptions and co-payments.
Patients who do not participate in the Blue Cross/Blue Shield Health Insurance plan or in the MSU Denver, UCD or CCD Student Health Insurance plans are required to pay in full at the time of service.
