| Beth discovered Pilates as student and as part of her cancer recovery. After experiencing the many benefits she decided to become a certified Pilates Instructor. Beth has a comprehensive Pilates certification through Body Arts and Science International and studied directly under Rael Isacowitz and dance specialist Karen Clippinger. As a Pilates Instructor she has worked in a variety of settings ranging from the athletic setting to a physical therapy clinic and she enjoys helping people access the many benefits of Pilates. Beth has been with the Healthy Moves Program for 8 years and enjoys the diversity of classes Healthy Moves brings to the college campus. |

Svetlana is a Registered Yoga Teacher with Satyanada Yoga Academy (500 level). Her Yoga education is based on the university level Yoga courses in the U.S., India and Australia. Her teaching combines the traditional yoga and science, emphasizing yogic awareness, and sharing deeper aspects of yogic philosophy and psychology. |

Cathy is a licensed Zumba® Instructor, a student and teacher of African dance, a member of Joda & Friends, African Dance and Drumming – South of the Sahara. She is enchanted by all forms of international dance and has been dancing for 15 years. |

Lia RidleyBelly Dance Instructor |
| Lia has been dancing Gypsy Style for over 30 years. She encourages women of all ages and sizes to enjoy this creative movement and self expression. At 5 years old Lia was introduced to this dance form by observing the Roma (Gypsies) dancing in her native town of Dej in the province of Transylvania, Romania where she lived until the age of 12. She then moved to Israel where she danced Israeli folk dancing. Lia is currently teaching three classes a week at MSU Denver (one for credit). She is excited about sharing this enjoyable art form for the Healthy Moves Program. |

| Therese is a certified Fitness Professional that specializes in dancing fitness techniques since 1998. She is a Nia Black Belt, Zumba® & Zumba Toning®, and AFAA Group Exercise Instructor that also teaches Mat Pilates, Yoga and numerous other classes. She believes in fun fitness and strives to be an inspiration for her students by showing them how to be fit, happy and healthy, honoring their bodies by providing a physically safe, energetically joyful, uniquely motivated experience while in class. She is also a certified Watsu and Zen Shiatsu Therapist. Her ideas of a good time are Dancing,Eating, Scuba Diving & Stand Up Paddle! |
