Scholarships and Awards
Please stop by the department to pick up information on the following scholarships that are offered through the Department of Health Professions:
- Cathy L. Brock Memorial Scholarship
- Four (4) $500 scholarships are available to students with a declared major in nursing or health care management
- Institute for Diversity Scholarship
- An award of up to $2,000 is available to juniors and seniors in health care management
- Loeffler Scholarship
- This scholarship is available to students majoring in Recreation Professions in either emphasis area, Recreation Management or Therapeutic Recreation
- Griffis Scholarship
- AUPHA/McGaw Scholarship
- A scholarship available to junior or senior health care management majors
- Pikes Peak Healthcare Executive Forum Scholarship
- This $500 scholarship is available to students pursuing a degree in health care administration or health services management
- The application includes submission of an essay
