A key component of recruiting is making your company name and great reputation well known! If students and graduates know about your company, they are more likely to apply to your open positions and come speak with you at career fairs and other recruiting events.

- Become our Featured Employer: Students consistently utilize our website to begin their job search and find expert career advice. Be the first company they see when they visit our site. Featured Employer’s logo and hyperlink are featured on the front page of mscd.edu/career as well as on our monthly emails to students.
- ‘Like’, ‘Link’, and ‘Follow’ Us: Join us on social media! Learn what career-related topics students are interested in; give advice to students about resumes, interviews and more.
Be the expert
Facilitate a workshop, be a panelist, or sponsor an event: Increase your visibility on campus and portray your company as the expert by volunteering for Career Services’ programs. This allows you face-to-face time with students in a non-invasive setting. We provide a variety of programs to supports career exploration developing self-knowledge to building job search skills. The support and point of view of employers can enhance these programs. To share your ideas or join an existing program, contact ssenter@mscd.edu.
