Post employment opportunities online through Metro State JobLink (link to the JobLink Left Tab) for free. Post full and part time jobs and paid internships to Metro State’s student and alumni community.
Get the word out about your organization:
Attend Job Fairs: Connect with students and alumni from all three schools on campus at the Spring Fair and connect with nearly 1,000 students or our Fall Fair specific to Business majors. Register on Metro State JobLink.
Host information sessions: present on-campus about your organization, company culture, mission and values, how your organization may be different than your competitors, and the value of the opportunity from a student or recent grad prospective.
Host information booths: connect with students informally in heavily-populated areas on campus by reserving a table for a day. Share information about your company and become a friendly face to potential candidates.

Host on-campus interviews: On-campus Interviews (OCI) are an efficient way to meet top Metro State candidates. The OCI application and scheduling process conveniently takes place online with Metro State JobLink!
We ask that you schedule 6 weeks in advance. Spring Dates: Feb. 15-April 15. Fall Dates: Oct. 1-Nov. 30. To get started, login to Metro State JobLink and complete a ‘New Schedule Request’.
