Certificate Programs: The Department offers five certificate programs, specifically designed to help prior degree students gain the skills and practices necessary to support career changes into the hospitality profession.

Requirements: Entrance requirements include a bachelor’s degree from a regionally accredited higher education institution in any degree field.  Students must make full application and be accepted to the college and take courses for credit.  The cost of the program is the same as undergraduate tuition for degree seeking students.  Since the student is a full-time matriculated student for academic credit, additional financial aid and scholarships may apply.  The credits achieved may also be applied to an additional bachelor’s degree if the student elects to major in one of the departmental concentrations.  Students with similar courses in their prior experience may request courses be transferred to meet part of the certificate requirements.
