Extracurricular Events

All Honors students are required to accumulate 15 extracurricular points each year. Below is a list of suggested events and activities. Note: If you are participating in community or volunteer activities please contact Jennifer Lutes, for an evaluation of your event and amount of points awarded. Please see the Extracurricular Point Menu (Acrobat Icon 130 KB) for a description of types of events that can be awarded points. If you know of events or activities and do not see them below, please contact Jennifer so the events can be advertised to fellow Honors students.

  • Study in London-Spring 2013: Spend a semester studying in the great capital city of London. London is a major political financial and cultural center, and through the MSU Denver study abroad program you can take it its museums, famous theaters, concert halls, sporting grounds and historic buildings. Program is available for students with a 2.0 GPA or higher, and 12 completed MSU-Denver credits.
