Admissions application form
The PDF is 2 pages. Both pages must be filled out. If you pick up an application by hand, this will be the front and back of a single sheet. Please submit the application to the Honors Program Director. You can either submit it in person at West Classroom 147, or send the application to the address located on the application form.
Honors Thesis application form
Thesis application and written proposal must be completed with all signatures in order to write the Honors Thesis.

You may also pick up a scholarship application for Spring 2009 in the Honors Office (WC-147).
