From Vineyard to Table
Join three of Colorado's esteemed winemakers for a tasting of their wines paired with SpringHill Suites' Executive Chef Daniel Hyman's fine cuisine. Colorado is known for its aromatic whites, which are presented by Michelle Cleveland of Creekside Cellars. Michelle currently instructs MSU Denver students in Enology where they learn the process of fine wine making. Following our first course, Paul Bonacquisti from Bonacquisti Wine Company will present the promising red wine of Colorado and discuss the future possibilities for Colorado varieties and blends. Our dessert is paird with a wine presented by Julie Balistreri from Balistreri Vineyards. Julie has been conducting wine tours with our beverage students for 12 years, where her rich dessert wines remain a crowd pleaser.
