Computer Lab Information: Reservation Priority

Dear Colleagues:

The computer lab reservation system will be available for priority computer lab reservations for Spring 2009 beginning at 8:00 a.m., Monday November 12th through Sunday, November 18th. Only departments that have priority in specific labs are able to enter reservations beginning November 12th.

Priority groups include:

‘ENG’, ‘PSY’, ‘GER’, ‘JRN’, ‘MDL’, ‘SPA’, ‘MTH’, ‘CSS’, ‘CS’, ‘ITS’, ‘MET’, ‘AES’, ‘EDU’, ‘CIS’, ‘ART’, ‘HMT’,’SUR’, ‘SWK’, ‘CET’, ‘COM’, ‘IND’, ‘ACC’, ‘FIN’, ‘EET’, ‘FRE’

Priority groups have until midnight on Sunday, November 18th to enter the department’s reservations for Spring. It is the responsibility of each department to ensure that priority reservations are entered in a timely manner and before the priority period expires.

Professors are allowed two class period lab reservations per week, per course. The professor must be in the room during the reserved time. If you have questions, or need assistance, contact Saima Riaz by e-mail at riaz@mscd.edu or by phone at 303-352-4805.

The reservation system will open for general reservations on Monday, November 19th, at 8:00 a.m. and will be handled on a first come, first-serve basis.

Once again, the schedule for lab reservations for Spring is listed below.

Priority Spring 2008 – November 12th, 8:00 am – November 18th, 12:00 midnight.
