Welcome to the Human Subjects Protection Program
The HSPP at MSU Denver has three parts
The foundation of the program is a campaign to raise awareness about issues of human subject protection. Learn about the history, ethics, and regulations of human subjects protection on this site.
The second tier features training, education, and support for researchers who are developing human research protocols. Many of the pages in this site are intended to be informative or instructional. Some pages provide links to sources where investigators can learn more about the ethics and regulations specifically related to their research studies.
The top tier is efficient review process. This site includes a flow chart that illustrates the review process, all of the forms to develop a Request for Review, and information on the timelines for various types of reviews, among other things.
