Submit Your Proposal
In order to facilitate a speedy review...
-
Use the checklist included in the Request for Review. It will help you make sure you have included all of the required documentation.
-
Do not assume your reviewers can "fill in the blanks". Write your RfR for someone who knows nothing about your study or discipline.
-
Read the 502 Worksheet for Determination of Review (35 KB). It lists the questions reviewers ask themselves when evaluating a Request for Review.
-
If your study involves recruiting participants from a class on the MSU Denver campus, include documentation that the professor understands the recruitment process and what is being asked of his or her students. A pdf copy of an email exchange is fine.
-
Include CITI Training certificates of completion for all investigators. If you wonder specifically who on your research team needs to complete the CITI Program training, please contact the Human Subjects Protection Program a hspp@msudenver.edu or 303-352-7330.
-
Use the templates provided on this site for scripts and permissions. They include all of the information required by 45 CFR 46.
