Events @MSU Denver Submission Form

Events @MSU Denver, produced by the Office of Marketing and Communications, is a weekly calendar sent directly to all faculty and staff every Thursday evening. Any event published in Events @MSU Denver will also be published in Today @MSU Denver on ConnectU and added to MSU Denver’s online Events Calendar.

Guidelines for submissions to Events @MSU Denver weekly calendar:

  1. Must be an event open to the MSU Denver community, particularly faculty and staff. It can be open to the general public as well.
  2. Must have a direct connection to MSU Denver, i.e. sponsored by an official MSU Denver department, sanctioned student club, etc.
  3. Events @MSU Denver will list events two weeks out. For example, the Thursday, Jan. 20 edition will list events happening Friday, Jan. 21 through Thursday, Feb. 3 or those events with an RSVP deadline during that period.
  4. Submission deadline is 5 p.m. on Wednesday for publication in that week’s edition. Submissions that miss the deadline will not be included.
