Study Abroad:
The 2010 METRO STATE/ELFCA FRENCH
LANGUAGE EXPERIENCE
The Metro State French Program is offering a FOUR WEEK study abroad program in the French Riviera (Hyères, Provence). The goal is to study the French language in an authentic setting, interacting both socially and culturally with French speaking peoples. Students attend class daily from 8:30 – 12:30 with a possibility of two weekly one-hour workshops. There are also four exciting excursions to rich cultural sites of the French Riviera.
• Metro State credit available is from 3 to 6 credits at three different levels
• Improve your linguistic abilities
• Family stay including breakfast and dinner daily
• The school has a wonderful setting with garden and cafeteria
• Possibility to rent a bicycle to get to the beach (or take a bus)
• Enjoy lovely Provence so well known culturally and artistically by all
DATES: Classes begin Monday May 31 and end Friday June 26, 2010
COSTS: Between $ 2,942.00 and $3,593.00*
*TRAVEL TO AND FROM DENVER and PERSONAL EXPENSES are NOT INCLUDED and are the FINANCIAL responsibility of the student.
