Trouble Connecting from Work, Library?

I do not have access to make the suggested changes to my system.
If you are in a library, or at work, etc, you probably will not have the necessary administrative rights to configure your system or install browsers. Please contact your IT department for further assistance.

Does your Facility use a Firewall?
If your facility uses a Firewall, it may need to be configured to allow you to access MetroConnect. Please have your IT department contact the Help Desk at
