MLK Peace Award

Purpose
Presented annually at the Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. Peace Breakfast, the MLK Peace Awards honor Dr. King’s revered vision for civil rights and social change. These prestigious awards celebrate members of our community that share Dr. King’s dedication to peace, justice, and compassion for all people through community activism that extends beyond one’s job description.
MSU Denver students, faculty, staff and community members (both on and off campus) are eligible for nomination. Nominations received should demonstrate the individual’s commitment to further Dr. King’s life-long vision.
