Getting logged out of ConnectU

If you are using Internet Explorer 8 or later and receive a Session Expired error message when attempting to access My Services, please follow these steps to enable Compatibility View for ConnectU.

  • Click the Compatibility View button to the right of the address bar next to the Refresh button.

Compatibility View  

  • Login to ConnectU.
  • Click on the My Services / Registration link – you should now be able to view My Services instead of the Session Expired error message.

If you still see the Session Expired error message, try the following steps:

  • Click on the Tools Menu

  • Click on Internet Options
  • Under Browsing history, click Delete
  • Click Delete cookies
  • Click on the My Services/Registration tab.
  • Click on the My Services / Registration link – you should now be able to view My Services instead of the Session Expired error message.
