Getting logged out of ConnectU
If you are using Internet Explorer 8 or later and receive a Session Expired error message when attempting to access My Services, please follow these steps to enable Compatibility View for ConnectU.
- Click the Compatibility View button to the right of the address bar next to the Refresh button.
- Login to ConnectU.
- Click on the My Services / Registration link – you should now be able to view My Services instead of the Session Expired error message.
If you still see the Session Expired error message, try the following steps:
- Click on the Tools Menu
- Click on Internet Options
- Under Browsing history, click Delete
- Click Delete cookies
- Click on the My Services/Registration tab.
- Click on the My Services / Registration link – you should now be able to view My Services instead of the Session Expired error message.
