My Courses limitations
The following limits are addressed below: maximum number of links, number/size of photos allowed, maximum number of News items, and number/size of files.
Files (File Uploads)
- 20MB limit per attachment to add to the Files are
- 200 files per class
- There are no restrictions on the types of files you can post.
- Any single file posted cannot be larger than 1MB
- Subfolder names can be a maximum of 25 characters long.
Photos
- 300 Photos in the photo section.
- 1MB limit per photo in the photo section.
- Files uploaded to the system will be downsized to an average size of 40K.
- The photo album size is limited to 12MB, the limit includes submitted photos, whether or not the photos have been posted, and those that have been deactivated. The photo album can contain any number of images and photos up to a default limit of 12MB, depending on how the system is configured.
- When you upload files to the system, the system will downsize photos and images to an average size of 40K.
- If each image was an average size of 40K, a 12MB album could contain just over 300 images.
- The 12MB size limit also includes any photos that have been submitted but not yet posted and those that have been deactivated.
News
- 300 News items in the news section
