Configuring Secret Questions and Answers in ConnectU
If you receive the "Configure Secret Questions and Answers" screen in ConnectU although you have already answered these questions you should be able to resolve this issue by completing the following steps below in Internet Explorer:

Log off ConnectU if you are logged in.

Click on the Tools menu >> then Internet Options

Go to the General Tab and click on the Delete Cookies button.

Click on the Delete Files (Check the box to delete off line files) button (this may take a few minutes if user has a lot of cached files)

On the General Tab, click on the Browsing history Settings button and confirm the Check for newer versions of stored pagessetting is set to Every time I visit the webpage

On the Security Tab click each of the following icons and click the Default level button:

Internet
-
Local intranet
-
Trusted site
-
Restricted sites
-
-
Under the Privacy tab, confirm that the slider is set to Medium

Under the Advanced tab, confirm that the following settings are set:

Browsing > Disable script debugging is CHECKED

Browsing > Display a notification about every script error is NOT CHECKED

Reboot machine and try again.
