I have full access to someone else's calendar, but I cannot see certain appointments
-
When a calendar owner enters appointments and designates the "Private" appointment option, users that have been granted full access under the Permissions tab will not be able to see those appointments unless the calendar owner has given the user delegate access to private events. If the user views Availability while entering a new event or the user has been granted owner status they will see the owner is busy, but will not be able to see the appointment details.
-
Follow these steps to see which users have access to private items:
-
In Outlook, click Tools.
-
Click Options…
-
Click the Delegates tab.
-
Select a user from the list, then click Permissions…
-
If the checkbox next to Delegate can see if my private items are checked, the selected user will be able to view all appointments in your calendar.
