  • Select the option you desire to continue. Select the View the User Guide option for your phone to see the manual as a PDF file.

  • Be sure to click Log Off when you are done.

Add speed dial buttons

  • Select the Add/Update your Speed Dials option

  • The system knows how many speed dials you may configure on your phone. Although it is not recommended, you can configure more than 6 speed dials.  For every speed dial over 6 there is no display for what number you are dialing, so you would need to print the list out so you know which number is associated with which abbreviated dial number.

  • If you wish more than 6 speed dials, we recommend you use the fast dial option. After you have entered your speed dials be sure to press the Update button at the bottom of the screen, then Log Off.

Add Fast Dial numbers

  • Select the Configure your Cisco Personal Address Book option to display the following screen:

  • Select the Fast Dials option to display the following screen or select the Add a New Entry option - you add up to 99 fast dials. The optimal way to add items to your Fast Dial assignments is to make a record in your address book for everyone you wish to add to fast dial. There is an option at the bottom of the Show page for adding entries to your personal phone book.

  • Add or modify the Address Book Entry. When done, click the Insert button and then return to the Fast Dial screen.

  • Select a Personal Address Book Entry, and enter or select a Directory number associated with that entry.

  • Press the red X to close the window. The Fast Dial screen will display the new Fast Dial entry.

  • Repeat this process up to 99 times.

  • Click Log Off when you are done.

Call forwarding

  • Select the Forward all calls to a different number option. The following page will be displayed
