How do I know if my grades have been posted to the system when I am entering my final grades?

  • The E-grades process does not indicate that the grades were posted.  When you return to the page, you will see the posted grades in the grade column as you can continue to update the grade column repeatedly up until grades are formally run by the Registrar's Office.  We have requested a RPE to email a confirmation to the faculty member once they submit their grades.  
  • Faculty members can go to the summary class roster to view the grades they have currently entered and the Registrar's Office recommends that you print a copy of the summary class roster (that will show your grades that have been posted) for your records.  
  • Faculty Members can also contact the Registrar's Office directly if they have questions or need additional assistance with the grading process (303-556-3991).
