Unable to see the Main Menu text and icon My Services/Registration and using Norton Internet Security
- On the login page for ConnectU, look for the Norton Internet Security toolbar andclick the down arrow to display a list of options. A checkmark next to an option means it has been enabled or is active. Clicking on the option will remove the checkmark and disable the option.
- To allow pop-ups from the domain msudenver.edu and in order for you to receive, compose and send email messages, make sure there is no checkmark next to the Block popups on this site option. You will also need to make sure there is no checkmark next to the Block ads on this site option.
- This will only allow pop-ups from the domain mscd.edu and will allow you to access ConnectU email as well as allow you to use the My Services / Registration tab in ConnectU.
