Black and white LaserJet printer is leaving marks on the page
This is most likely caused by the toner cartridge or fuser.
- First replace the toner cartridge. If there is another printer of the same type around your office, swap the cartridges to see if the problem still occurs.
- If there is no used cartridge available, try to get a new cartridge.
- If the problem started with a new cartridge, then there is most likely an issue with the cartridge. If it was doing the same thing with the old cartridge, then the problem may be the fuser.
- Either way, if the problem does not go away after exchanging cartridges call the Help Desk at 303-352-7548 to have someone inspect the printer.
