Cannot access a Blackboard quiz
Class instructor
- Check all of their Blackboard settings.
- Check release date settings.
- Check conditional release settings.
Students
- Contact the course instructor if they cannot access the quiz.
- If the issue still exists the instructor must open a ticket with the Metro State Help Desk.
