The MSU Denver Neighborhood is giving the University the visibility it deserves—and it will enhance the value of a bachelor’s or master’s degree from MSU Denver.

Student Success Building: The Student Success Building, the first of two new MSU Denver Neighborhood buildings, opened in March 2012. The $62 million building, funded entirely by student-approved fees, houses student services, classrooms and administrative offices, all in one convenient location.

The Hotel and Hospitality Learning Center, one of only 11 teaching hotels on a university campus in the country, opened fall 2012.
- MSU Denver will gain greater visibility along the southern edge of the Auraria Campus and help improve the area for the surrounding community when it builds new athletics fields south of Colfax Avenue and west of Rio Court.

The Center for Visual Art moved to its new home in the Santa Fe Art District in June 2010.
