To prepare for reaccreditation, a college-wide HLC-NCA Steering Committee
has been established and has started meeting. Dr. Frieda Holley, an emeritus
faculty and administrator, will serve as the Self-Study Coordinator and
Dr. Linda Curran, Interim Associate Vice President for Academic Affairs
for Curriculum and Programs, will be the Assistant Coordinator.
In addition to Drs. Holley and Curran, the HLC-NCA Steering Committee

The Steering Committee will be working for two years. Students will
be involved in the self-study activities conducted during 2005-06 and
during the visit in 2007.
The Steering Committee will review the accreditation criteria and recommend
activities that should be undertaken. The current timeline is to have
a self-study plan developed by the end of the summer and implemented during
2005-06.
