Faculty Training for Online Teaching
All Metro State faculty, including tenured/tenure track, full-time, and part-time faculty have access to the training materials and programs for Blackboard Vista. All faculty teaching online are required to complete the Metro State Online Course Faculty Orientation which includes an online demo, online course, and optional Blackboard Vista presentation. All faculty, regardless of whether they are teaching an online course are invited to complete the Online Faculty Orientation.
Faculty who have completed the Online Faculty Orientation can also participate in the new Online Certification Program.
Blackboard Vista Print Materials
Blackboard Vista print materials are available for those who would like a guide. Please submit a request for the materials using the ETC Service Request Form Please select "Request Blackboard Vista Print Materials " from the "Category" drop-down menu and include your full name, MetroConnect username, and Campus Box # or mailing address in the request.
