The MSU Denver Open House is a “one-stop shopping” opportunity that allows you to explore MSU Denver and even apply for admission should you choose.
Set up like a college fair, you can spend four minutes or four hours visiting academic department booths, attending special information sessions about financial aid and Individualized Degree Programs, and touring campus.
Make it a point to try before you buy and get to know MSU Denver. We welcome first-time freshmen, transfer students, returning adults (be sure to see how we can help you finish that bachelor’s degree here!), life-long learners and families!

Everything’s free, including parking! And you don’t need a reservation to attend. Just show up!
- Speak with professors about MSU Denver's 55 majors and 90 minors.
- Learn about admission, financial aid, scholarship opportunities and a wide range of student services, clubs and activities.
- Bring any previous college transcripts and have your credits evaluated.
- Apply for admission.
- Enjoy a campus tour.
The Open House takes place in the Auraria Event Center (see campus map) and free parking is in our garage on 7th Street and Walnut Street.
