Resetting your Blackboard Outcomes Password
If you need to reset your Blackboard Outcomes Password, please follow these steps:1. Go to https://metrostate-bb.blackboard.com
2. Click on the "Forgot Your Password?" link
3. Use the second option titled " Email Address Option" by entering your Legal First Name (case sensitive, e.g. James), Legal Last name (case sensitive, e.g. Doe), and complete Metro State E-mail address (e.g. jdoe@mscd.edu)
4. Click on the Submit button
5. You will receive an E-mail at your Metro State E-mail account to reset your password

How do I submit my work to my instructor?
Answer: You will receive an email with a direct link to submit your work to be evaluated.
When I click the link in the e-mail message, why do I received the error message "Response Error - The Deployment is not available" rather then being prompted to login?
Answer: The submission deadline has passed or the department requesting your work has closed submission period. Please contact your instructor to determine how to submit your work for evaluation.
Can I submit my work after the deadline has passed (Deployment is no longer available)?
Answer:You will need to contact your instructor to determine how to submit your work for evaluation.
