Application Process
We have a saying in METROLEADS:
“Want to’s always trump have to’s.”
The intent is to create a program where employees freely choose to “apply” to the METROLEADS program rather than being appointed or externally obliged to participate by orders of someone above them in the organization.
We want to create a group of METROLEADERS who through their own volition; choose to learn, grow and maximize their leadership potential.
