I have a Masters degree in Food Science and Human Nutrition and am a Registered Dietitian. My experience prior to MSU Denver was focused in public health, specializing in worksite wellness and diabetes prevention. I had a previous career as a Certified Public Accountant (CPA)and still love spreadsheets.
