Personal Biography Statement
Dr. Charles Holmes is a new addition to Metro State University of Denver having recently moved from Chicago, IL in the Summer of 2012. For the past six years he was an instructor at the University of Illinois in the Department of Kinesiology and Community Health teaching classes ranging from Consumer Health Education to Health Care Systems. In addition to working at Metro State, Dr. Holmes is also faculty member at Columbia College in Centennial, CO in the Department of Human Services. His research interests primarily focus on health education improvement at the higher education level, while his project interventions have focused on health and wellness improvement in children and adolescents.
