Personal Biography Statement
David M. Williams (“Dave”) works in the Colorado Front Range area as an independent electrical engineering consultant. He has worked for over 20 years in new product development and embedded systems. His background and technical-interests includes: electronic hardware design, networking, embedded microprocessor firmware, analog and digital design with programmable logic (FPGA). Selected Projects
His most recent contracting project has been writing programmable logic to support a CAN bus controller used in large tape storage libraries.
Research Areas/Interests
Dave's recent research interests include implementing TCP/IP protocols on small, low cost, embedded microprocessors.
