Personal Biography Statement

Edie Winograde has been teaching photography and digital art at Metropolitan State College since 2007. Her photographs have been exhibited nationally in museums and other venues including the Museum of Contemporary Art Denver, the Aspen Art Museum, Colorado Springs Fine Arts Center, the Nicolaysen Art Museum, Redline Art Center, the Aldrich Contemporary Art Museum, the International Center for Photography in New York and Artists Space. Awards for her work include the Aaron Siskind Foundation Photographer’s Fellowship and artist's residencies at the Millay Colony for the Arts, the Constance Saltonstall Foundation for the Arts, Anderson Ranch Arts Center and Kala Institute.
