Personal Biography Statement
I am a developmental psychologist with a focus on early childhood development. My research examines the development of self-regulation, including developmental changes in executive function and metacognition. Recently, I have started a line of research examining the effects of mindfulness training on self-regulation in preschoolers and adolescents.
