Personal Biography Statement
Philip Skaff has been teaching at Metropolitan State College of Denver since January 2009. He received a Bachelor’s degree in Biology and an Art Minor from MSCD in 1998. After graduating he spent years traveling, studying and working abroad. After spending almost a year in Africa he became interested in nutrition and decided to attend Colorado State University for a Master’s in Nutrition. In 2008 he completed a Registered Dietitian internship with the Florida Department of Education and shortly after he started teaching at MSCD. Philip’s philosophy on teaching and learning is that it should be fun, interactive, interesting, and challenging. Courses Taught
