Personal Biography Statement

Welcome Everyone! I am excited to be your instructor. I have been a Registered Dietitian for several years and continue to work as a Pediatric Clinical Dietitian and the Children's Hospital and as a Research Dietitian for JFK Partners/UCD. I love teaching at MSCD and have been an instructor for more than ten years. Just like you, I am a student as well, I am working toward my docorate in Nutritional Sciences at CSU/UCD.
